Slightly off-topic, But I've noticed that many good CDs are going out of print. Bit of a shame, Since I like the cover-art and liner notes.

I hate mp3's and those stupid I-Pods. The quality of the audio is terrible and no one seems to care.

I think Neil's directing his ire at the wrong place, and the problem is much larger than audio quality. MP3 is king because of convenience, and because people want instant gratification. As with anything in life, the true enthusiasts are few and are drowned out by the great unwashed. ;)

Indeed, the unwashed masses rule the consumer world. When was the last time you found Japan-made CDRs at a retail store? Fie upon those Pod people! Fie, I say! Fie!!!
